Gallery of Elaine Foster’s Non-Pet Paintings

I am Elaine Foster, active member of the Fremont Center for the Arts. I’ve lived in Colorado for over 30 years, always creating somethin’-or-other.

For 8 years, I carved animals from logs with a chainsaw. I carved bears, raccoons, coyotes and other things. After a serious illness, which took 3 years to recover from, I switched to something less physically strenuous – painting.

My favorite subjects to paint are dogs, cats and horses.

Since I also love working with wood, I make my own frames and sell my paintings with or without them, pet-owner’s choice.
